The place was homey and quiet, no complaint, recommend. The staffs were lovely friendly & amicable. The location was magnificent, short walk to the Christmas market and less to bars, cinema and restaurants, and the centre of the City, and the free parking was an excellent bonus.

homely and quiet hotel located really close to the train station, and the christmas market. good-sized room with coffee, tea/coffee, and an iron, and very comfy bed. nice size bathroom with a bathtub; very attentive and attentive staff.

I loved this homey and quiet place. Its location near York town center was perfect. It was also a short walk to the Christmas market, bars, cinema, and restaurants. The bedroom was spotless and well laid out. All the employees were very attentive and smiled at me.

The room was immaculately clean and had a big bathroom with views of the garden. the breakfast included plenty of selection, and the food was freshly made. the staff were pleasant and took good care of us. the location was marvelous, being next to the center, town center, and National Railway Museum.

We were met by very polite, pleasant personnel. The room was stunning, new-fashioned, and had a hair dryer, a safe box, and an iron. The nice sized bathroom and the rest was clean. My revised review: We were warmly welcomed by friendly staff. the room was beautifully decorated and equipped with modern amenities like a hair dryer, safe box, and iron. the bathroom was spacious and everything was spotlessly clean.

Tasty breakfast with plenty of food that seemed really fresh. 😋 The staff were super attentive and helpful, which was definitely a bonus. the homey hotel's location was fantastic, right in the center of town.
